These terms and conditions apply to the Himpulse app for mobile devices, created by Aman Singh (the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read and understand them thoroughly before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications & Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to not function correctly or at all.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the Application:
Connectivity & Data Charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home region without disabling data roaming.
By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate at all times, it relies on third parties to provide some information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the Application's functionality.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. The Application's availability depends on the requirements of the operating system, which may change over time. You agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice. Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These terms are effective as of April 17, 2026.
