Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to permanently delete your Himpulse account and all associated data, follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion in one of two ways:
Option 1 - From the App
Go to your Profile section in the Himpulse app and tap Delete account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Option 2 - By Email
- Send an email to doodlechat36@gmail.com from the email address registered with your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- In the email body, include:
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Once we receive your request, we will verify it and begin the deletion process.
Deletion Timeline
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of receiving your verified deletion request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- User account information (email address, username)
- Authentication and sign-in data
- App-generated content associated with your account
- Usage preferences and settings
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes:
- Transaction or payment records (if applicable)
- System logs required for fraud prevention or legal obligations
Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted after the legally required retention period has passed.
