This Privacy Policy applies to the Himpulse app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Aman Singh (the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care.

The Application collects standard usage information to improve our service, including:

• IP address and device operating system details
• Pages or features visited and time spent in the app
• App interaction and usage patterns

The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.

The Service Provider uses the collected information to:

• Provide and improve the Application and its features
• Understand how users interact with the Application
• Monitor and resolve technical issues
• Send important service-related communications

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Application uses trusted third-party services that may receive limited, anonymized usage data:

• Google Firebase - app infrastructure and analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics - error and crash reporting
• RevenueCat - in-app purchase management

Each of these providers has their own Privacy Policy governing the data they receive. We encourage you to review their policies.

The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like us to delete data you have provided, please contact us at doodlechat36@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 13, nor market to them.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at doodlechat36@gmail.com.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. Continued use of the Application after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy is effective as of April 17, 2026.
